Wil je kennis maken met een rouwritueel, maar voelt het als een grote stap om er meteen diep in te duiken? Dan bieden wij, Dorien en Yannick, een “introductie tot rouw” aan. Deze zachte, ervaringsgerichte sessie nodigt je uit om de rol van rouw te verkennen in tijden van ecologische en sociale ontwrichting. Samen zullen we ontdekken hoe het erkennen van verlies de verbinding kan herstellen – met onszelf, met elkaar en met de levende wereld.

We vragen je om een object mee te nemen voor op het altaar, een object dat je associeert met rouw.
Maximum aantal deelnemers: 8

Je bent welkom vanaf 19u30. We starten om 20u00 stipt.
Ten laatste om 21u15 stoppen we. Gezellig napraten mag zeker.

Op het einde is er de mogelijkheid een vrije bijdrage achter te laten.

Would you like to experience a mourning ritual, but feel that diving straight in is too big a step? Then we, Dorien and Yannick, offer an “introduction to griefwork.” This gentle, experiential session invites you to explore the role of mourning in times of ecological and social breakdown. Together, we will discover how acknowledging loss can restore connection—with ourselves, with each other, and with the living world.

We ask you to bring an object for the altar, an object that you associate with grief. Maximum number of participants: 8

You are welcome from 7:30 p.m. We start at 8:00 p.m. sharp. We finish at 9:15 p.m. at the latest. Feel free to stay and chat afterwards.

At the end, there is the option to leave a voluntary contribution.
